Refund Policy

Digital products sold by Way of Gods, including The Power Doctrine books and paid assessment reports, are final sale and non-refundable once they have been downloaded or delivered. This is standard practice for digital goods and aligns with the policies of our payment partners, Gumroad and Dodo Payments.

1. When a Refund May Be Issued

Refund requests will be considered in the following cases:

• Technical inability to download or access the product within seven days of purchase.
• Duplicate charge for the same order.
• The product delivered is materially different from what was described.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email wayofgods.co@gmail.com within seven days of purchase with your order ID and a short description of the issue. Requests received after the seven-day window will not be processed.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within five to ten business days and returned to the original method of payment. The exact time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue may delay your refund and can result in account restrictions from our payment partners.

5. Policy Alignment

This policy aligns with industry-standard digital goods practice and with the terms of Gumroad and Dodo Payments. Where their terms are stricter for a given transaction, the stricter terms apply.
