Way of Gods is a publishing imprint offering written works on power psychology, behavioral strategy, and related topics, along with assessments and editorial content. Some content is free. Paid products are delivered digitally.

All content on the site and within the digital products, including text, typography, graphics, and compiled works, is owned by Way of Gods or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any paid product.
• Use the site or its content to harass, defame, or harm any person or organization.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the site.
• Scrape, mine, or extract data from the site in automated fashion without permission.

5. Digital Product Licenses

Purchase of a digital product grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-user license to access and read the work for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or upload the product to any file sharing service. One purchase is one reader.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party merchants, including Gumroad and Dodo Payments. All purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, available at https://wayofgods.co/refund. By completing a purchase, you accept the refund terms in force at the time of the transaction.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Way of Gods makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
